Britt J. Rosen, CCIM, the Manger of the LLC has extensive tax appeal, real estate, general contracting, and home valuation experience.
He received his degree in building construction from the University of Florida in 1980. Britt has been a Realtor since 1978 and an appraiser since 1992. He maintains a good rapport with the real estate brokerage community. Under the Brittex company umbrella, Britt supervised the construction of custom homes. His real estate and construction background give him a considerable advantage as a real estate tax expert.
In 1989, Britt was awarded the prestigious CCIM designation, which signifies his understanding of the disciplines of commercial real estate brokerage, valuation and investment analysis.
